Saint Michaels Coffee LLC operates the Saint Michaels Coffee text-message program. These terms apply when you choose to opt in to the program.

Messages and consent

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Saint Michaels Coffee LLC at the mobile number you provide, including launch news, promotions, and offers. Message frequency varies. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or membership in our Service Discount Program. Providing a required contact phone number alone does not enroll you in marketing text messages.

Costs and availability

We do not charge for the text-message program. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. The program is available to United States mobile numbers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to any program text to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@saintmichaelscoffee.com. If your mobile number changes, unsubscribe the old number and enroll your new number separately.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. We do not share mobile information or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information to deliver the messaging service.

Program changes

We may change or discontinue the messaging program or update these terms. We will provide notice of material changes when required. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
